To Clearing your browser cache
Firefox:
1) On your keyboard, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE at the same time
2) Choose the time range as Everything
3) Expand the Details section
4) Make sure the Cache box is ticked. The others do not have to be ticked, but it doesn't matter if they are.
5) Click the Clear Now button
Chrome:
1) On your keyboard, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE at the same time
2) Choose the time range as the beginning of time
3) Make sure that the Empty the cache box is ticked. The others do not have to be ticked, but it doesn't matter if they are.
4) Click the Clear browsing data button
