Please be informed that we have to do an emergency system maintenance in our Data Center tonight (@midnight), due to which our payment gateway services will be temporarily unavailable. The payment gateway services shall remain unavailable at July 7, 2017 (Friday) for one hour at midnight between 02:00 AM to 03:00 AM.
Details are as follows:-
Start Date/Time: July 7, 2017 02:00 AM
End Date/Time: July 7, 2017 03:00 AM
Impact: SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway Services
Expected Outage: 60 Minutes (02:00 - 03:00 AM)
After the maintenance, our team will check and test all the services. We have kept 3 hours extra (03:00 - 06:00 AM) for doing any sort of troubleshooting (if required).
For this reason, please share with us the contact details of your support/operation/technical POC with mobile phone number and email ID.
